Nubra valley, Pangong Tso and Markha valley are all done (overdone maybe) so we head to the Chang thang plateau (China covets it) and a spectacular trek to the Tso Moriri lake. You can get to the lake by a road also, but that’s really not the same as we explore this wild region inhabited by the nomadic Changpas and the elusive Tibetan Kiang.
