Ladakh is barren and brown? Not when you are in Suru valley, Zanskar. The most fertile of all Ladakhi valleys and amongst the least explored, the Suru valley has recently become accessible to the outside world. We go on a road trip along the Suru river and get a chance to explore the unique ‘Dard’ culture, high Himalayan passes, remote monasteries and the majestic Nun and Kun peaks (both above 7000M).
