The Sangla valley vies for the crown of ‘most beautiful valley in Indian Himalaya’ and is the mythological land of ‘Kinners’, half God-half men. The region oozes of rich culture, something they are proud of and have more or less managed to conserve since centuries. Pagoda style temples, animistic rituals, local Gods and Goddesses who still arbitrate on all unresolved issues, the crystal clear Sangla river and camping amongst the mighty Himalayan peaks. That’s all.
